I’m taking a short break from Tumblr while I finish the color correction on my first short film, Jet. I’m excited to be in the final stages of the film and can’t wait to release it to the world. See you in a couple weeks.

“Whyyawannabringmedown” / Directed by Jordan Chesney
This was one of the two songs that Kelly Clarkson covered from Aranda’s debut album. The other was “All I Ever Wanted” which ended up being her album title. Aranda’s second album, “Stop the World” is now out.
It was a lot of fun making this music video, with very little problems, but then the day before it was going to be released Aranda’s managers said they didn’t like the video and they wanted to scrap it. I was furious to say the least. A year later I finally managed to convince Aranda and Astonish (Record Label) to release it. Fortunately the fans loved it. Management can either waste a lot of time, money, and talent or it can support it. I feel for bands like Aranda that have amazing talent and terrible management.
